Chelsea was far from their best in this match but despite all the best efforts from Sheffield United, the Blues are through to the semi-finals of the FA Cup this season with a 2-0 win against the blades. Chelsea hasn’t created that many chances against defensively well-organized Sheffield united yet still they managed to score 2 goals to settle this match. Defensively Chelsea faced a lot of issues from the Sheffield united attackers and they could have equalized midway through to the 2nd half. But somehow Chelsea managed to get through from all their best efforts and go through to the semi-final of the FA Cup for the 4th time in the last 5 seasons. This was probably one of the most entertaining goalless draws of this season as Chelsea and Leeds United both settled for a point. Both teams had their chances to score but both team’s Goal Keepers did their job very well for their respective teams. Leeds caused a lot of issues for the Chelsea defense but Chelsea did manage to overcome their pressures especially Edouard Mendy made some vital saves in this match and also Chelsea had many chances to score as they caused some problems for the Leeds defense but yet again the players were not clinical enough to punish the Leeds defense. Despite the draw, Chelsea still staying unbeaten under Thomas Tuchel but the team has to improve their shooting boots for the upcoming matches. Chelsea beat Everton 2-0 at Stamford Bridge with a dominant display against the high flying away side. Everton could have been easily conceded about 6 or 7 goals in this match but they saved from the humiliation by the Heroic display by Jordon Pickford in their goal. Despite a quiet 1st half Chelsea lead a goal at half time thanks to the own goal from Ben Godfrey then Chelsea came out stronger in the 2nd half as they continually tested Pickford in the search of the 2nd goal which they got it from the penalty spot and could have been more than 2 goals for The Blues. Defensively Chelsea didn’t have much to do but the defense has done their jobs when they call upon it. Chelsea is back in the top 4 after an impressive away performance against the defending champion Liverpool. Chelsea is the better team at both ends of the pitch throughout the match as Liverpool has only one shot on the target throughout the match that was in the 85th minute of the match to show how Chelsea has been dominant defensively. in the attacking aspect of the match, Chelsea could and should have been scored more than a goal as Ziyech's attempt was clear of the heroically by Robertson and Werner had a goal controversially disallowed by VAR which the goal should have stood. It's a game of Defense vs Attack where at the end of the game defense of both teams came out as the winners as Chelsea and Manchester United match end up in a goalless draw.
